Personal Assistant To Chief Executive Officer

Requirements:

1. Minimum education S-1 all majors (Administration is preferred)
2. Have experience as personal assistant CEO for at least 4 years
3. Ability to do administrative tasks
4. Honest, detailed, and responsible.
5. Have good analytical thinking and problem solving.
6. Have good time management.& good emotional management.
7. Able to operate computers and various document and excel functions well.
8. Proficient in a foreign language, at least English (both written and spoken)

s:

1. Create documents related to the needs of leaders and company confidentiality.
2. Set the agenda for leadership meetings with various parties.
3. Arrange various meeting needs as needed.
4. Attend important meetings with management.
5. Make meeting minutes for company archives.
6. Updating the leader's schedule related to company activities.
7. Answering emails and telephones relating to management and the company.
8. Become a liaison between employees-leaders and leaders-external parties related to the needs of the company.
9. Manage company activities, especially regarding administration to checking employees who are directly related to the leadership.
