Job Description
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure the smooth delivery of products & services.
  • Responsible for Modern Trade’s PO process and tracking.
  • Create, collect, and update records and databases about related documents.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years of total experience in a related field in the beauty or personal care industry.
  • Intermediate to advanced Google Suites/Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • An understanding of sales principles and modern trade practices.
  • Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO policy.
  • Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
