Minimum 2 years experience as Modern Trade/ Key Account/ Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/ Skincare/ Beauty product)

Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.

Track & report activities of competitors

Evaluates and develops skills level of Beauty Advisor

Previous experience as Team Leader, Store Supervisor, or related leadership role

Education :Bachelor degree in any major.

Experience: Sales experience for minimum 3 years in modern trade, especially consumer goods.

Report sales activities every day.

Visiting customers to have a sales and maintain relationships.

Process Sales orders via email or phone.

Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.

Building strong relationships with key accounts and store managers.

Manage related teams and check the visibility and sales of the store.
