We are looking for a Marketing professional who is highly motivated, organized, and creative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives in the traditional medicine industry. This includes creating and implementing marketing plans to promote products and services, as well as managing campaigns and creating marketing materials to drive revenue growth. Creating and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers in order to improve customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and results-oriented individual and team player with a passion for marketing and experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in traditional medicine, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are effective and in line with company goals.
Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze data to determine campaign ROI in order to improve performance and effectiveness, as well as to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
• Creating and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers in order to improve customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Research and analyze consumer behavior to identify their needs and preferences, as well as new opportunities for growth.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices.
• Creating and developing short-term and long-term marketing and promotional materials in order to increase brand affinity and new customer acquisition.
• Create campaigns to increase brand awareness and recognition.
• Manage budgets related to marketing activities.
• Determine and develop campaigns to engage, inform, and motivate target audiences.
• Create and implement marketing plans to meet business objectives, including objectives, strategies, tactics, timelines, budgets, and KPIs.

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree of marketing, business, or related field is required.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• 2 years of marketing, business, or related experience.
• Ethical and sustainable business practices.
• Personality with a creative, one-of-a-kind, and holistic approach.
• Interest in the field of natural healthcare and traditional medicine.
