It Product Manager - Trucking

Bluebird Group is looking for an outstanding Product Manager who will responsible in logistic trucking field. We're excited to meet a team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals and own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. Especially work closely with operation team to keep and improve our system scalable, optimized and give best experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Document current system in effort to deeply understand how it work, this is important as milestone to do transformation
• Liaison with stakeholder on weekly basis to update planning and development of our digital product
• Collaborate across team especially with data, product designer, product research, engineering and ERP team to contribute insight and ideas to improve our platform based on data and user needed & pain point
• Create Product Vision for logistic squad to transform current system to next generation system
• Craft and execute the product roadmap and accountable for the quality and timeliness deliverables
• Mentor junior and intern Product Manager to help them achieve individual & team objectives

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Business Analyst
• Problem solver with clear structure and analytical skills
• Having eye for detail and ability to work on complex system
• Experience in Software Development Lifecycle process such as Agile, Scrum, XP and Lean Startup
• Mandatory for previously working in trucking industry
