We are seeking a skilled HRIS Specialist to join our human resources team. The HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing our human resources information system (HRIS) and ensuring its accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate must have experience working with Excel or Google Sheets and have a decent understanding of HR processes.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics utilizing Excel or Google Sheets.
• Collaborate with HR team members to ensure the HRIS is aligned with HR processes and procedures.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for system and process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues and work with vendors on system updates and enhancements.
• Manage and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Provide support to HR users with regards to HRIS and other HR technologies.
• Develop and deliver training to HR users on HRIS functionality and new features.

What you'll need:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
