Job Description

Job brief:

We are looking for a customer service oriented Help desk support to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the firm’s front liner and you will solve basic technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.


Requirements :

  • Customer service orientation
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of help desk & IT Network
  • Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support min. 1 years
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English


s :

  • Update customer data and produce activity reports
  • Provides technical support and assistance, whether on the phone, in person, or remotely, related to computer systems, hardware, and software.
  • Responds to customer queries to provide technical assistance.
  • Handling customer request and complaint
