Job Description

  • Troubleshoot all IT system and network problems
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Setting up account for new users
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Manage all hardware repair
  • Resolve network issues (Routing and Switching)


Requirement

  • Available to join ASAP and willing to do full WFO policy
  • Good communication skills both oral and verbal, Fluent in English is a must
  • Intermediate in hardware and software installation
  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT Support / IT Network
  • Min bachelor Degree (S1) from Computer Science / Information technology
