• Manage IT office infrastructure, monitoring system, and related IT operations reports.
• Provide support for all Bank IT activities in all offices.
• Performing the installation of the user’s PC/computer, antivirus, and related devices/applicationscsystem security.
• Regular update of ticketing system.
• Monitoring ticketing system and follow-up issue on the listed ticket.
• Prepare IT office equipment, hardware and software operations.
• Following up on user complaints related to Information Technology which includes applications, networks, e-mail, internet, computer troubleshooting and peripherals to confirm the problem resolved.
• Manage and update documentation related to technical support.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
• Customer-oriented, responsive to customer inquires and able to explain to stakeholders through basic problem-solving processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field
• Good communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of help desk software and remote-access systems.
• Knowledge of computer software systems, including databases, office applications, and operating systems.
• Knowledge of computer hardware systems, including circuit boards, memory modules, and processors.
• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
