About Our Client
Our client is an established healthcare conglomerate with over 60 years of operations. They specialize in hospitals, In-Vitro Fertilization, clinical laboratories, dental health, and women's and children's health. They are currently searching for a Head of Medical Services for their flagship hospital unit in central Jakarta.

• Prepare and monitor budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits
• Ensure that the facility in which they work is up to date on and compliant with laws and regulations
• Communicate with members of the medical staff and department heads
• Improve efficiency and quality in delivering healthcare services
• Develop departmental goals and objectives
• Manage the finances of the facility, such as patient fees and billing
• Keep and organize records of the facility's services, such as the number of inpatient beds used
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff members

The Successful Applicant

• Analysis, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to review systems, find flaws and pose solutions to those flaws
• Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards
• Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports
• Attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills
