About the Job

We are seeking a Head of Consignment who will manage our consignment operations. As the Head of Consignment, you will be responsible for overseeing the consignment process, optimizing logistics, and ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers. You will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to maintain efficient operations and drive customer satisfaction. This high-impact role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Monitor consignment performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to consignment and B2B logistics to proactively adapt strategies and optimize operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely order fulfillment.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize the consignment process, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely delivery of products.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in consignment operations.
• Lead and manage a team of consignment staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consignment and B2B partners, negotiating contracts, managing performance, and resolving any issues or disputes.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with consignment partners and resolve conflicts.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in consignment management, logistics, or supply chain operations, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• The street-smart mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and drive implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
