What will you be doing?
Reporting to the VP of Growth, you’ll be responsible for unlocking growth opportunities from users. We are looking for a candidate who is able to handle key responsibilities listed below:
● Identify scalable opportunities that will drive user growth (registration/signup & activation/transaction) through multiple avenues, both offline and online.
● Educate users about wagely with creative initiatives that attract attention (registration) & initiate action (activation).
● Lead all marketing growth initiatives to our entire user ecosystem.
● Build innovative 360° marketing campaigns and create win-win initiatives with partners that drive awareness of the wagely brand.
● Track campaign performance and iterate with new insights from both offline and online data. Forecast and track key performance indicators
● Work with the data team and generate insights for all growth activities. Be creative in getting data.
● Create effective operating playbooks and set monthly/quarterly growth projections based on activities & initiatives planned.
● Develop and prepare regular standardized performance reports. Communicate progress in a structured and actionable manner.
● Work with the Marketing & PR teams to execute and deliver campaigns and events on-time.
● Develop case studies for lead closure in the sales pipeline.

● You have experience in the B2B or B2B2C industry
● You pay attention to the details. As far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right, every single time. You stay focused and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
● You are a creative and experienced social seller, who leverages all networks, including social networks, to get your message across and engage potential clients.
● You think on your feet. You like learning new things, and you can learn quickly. When things change, you know how to roll with the punches.
● You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You’re going to take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference.
