Task and Responsibilities

-Responsible for the needs of obstetricians at the Morula MII branch

• Identify, coordinate and follow up plans for the needs of Obgyn Doctors in all Morula IVF Indonesia branches, in collaboration with the HRD department.

-Responsible for helping to increase the conversion rate at Morula MII branch

-Responsible for increasing the pregnancy rate at the Morula MII branch

-Responsible for monitoring SOP violations at the Morula branch of MII

• Assisting the medical director in compiling and implementing standard protocol programs (SOPs) conducted by medical personnel at the Morula IVF Clinic
• Reviewing, coordinating meetings, following up and socializing changes to medical protocols and forms set by the Protocol Team to all Morula clinicians.
• Analyze the procedures used in all Morula IVF Indonesia branches whether they are in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures set by Morula IVF Indonesia
• Provide disciplinary sanctions for those who violate the rules set in each clinic
• Monitoring and evaluating the quality of medical activities including the results of the implementation of medical protocols which are carried out through the Morula Clinic Performance Meeting every month

Requirements

Educations

· Master degree in Hospitality Management (MARS / MMRS), MBA & Doctor

Experiences

· 4-5 years’ experience in hospital management

· 2 years above experience in Medic Department

· Experience manage team
