Finance Ops - Retail Finance, Operations

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Checking and controlling daily bank statements' accuracy and completeness
• Execute daily reconciliation of retail finance (lending) products
• Responsible in validating on funds received and sent

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to quickly adapt to new changes
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degrees and above from Economics/Accounting or related technical field
• Ability to communicate effectively in English to facilitate discussions and collaborations across stakeholders
