Responsibilities Include

The Contract Assistant job is located in Jakarta and and we are looking for individuals who have a good attention to detail, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

• Contracts filing and documentation
• Communicating with writers to explain contract terms and progress
• Checking all the data & information provided by writers, ensuring data accuracy
• Managing the end-to-end contract process for writers

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from any major
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with writers and other stakeholders
• Proficiency in English is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies
• Knowledge of legal terminology and contract law is a plus
• Prior experience in contract management, administration, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
