Strong knowledge of documents aircraft management and Maintenance

Have experience of Technical Record Training, or Engineering Training, or PPC Training

Ensuring records are securely stored and accessed to prevent unauthorized access or potential information leaks.

Reviewing records related to Aircraft maintenance and repairs.

Minimum 5 to 8 years professional experience in this position.

·Follow up with manufacturers for drawing submissions and incorporation of comments

·Providing support to Site team on site queries on manufactured equipment

·Submitting all engineering set of calculation and obtaining comments from review with client

·Releasing Manufacturing clearance to the vendors for which engineering drawings were approved from client

Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent

Good Communication skill, ability to solve problem, responsible and compressive

Determine credit worthiness of applicants

Assessing, analysing and interpreting complicated financial information

Making recommendations about procedural/policy changes

Prevent, Detect, and Investigation related to Fraudulent Action

Has a working knowledge of PLP products and transmission/distribution systems.

High school diploma with some additional technical course work or working knowledge in a technical capacity. Engineering tech degree preferred

Minimum one-year experience in a technical environment preferred.

Reviews inspection images and perform a detailed evaluation

Identifies anomalies and classifies assets

Analyzes and thermally tunes infrared images.

Minimally a diploma in human resource, business management, psychology, sociology or other relevant fields.

Manage work injury claims and reporting.

Manage Retail Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding, Offboarding) and letters (e.g Confirmation, Disciplinary).

Manage or support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

1-2 years of relevant HR experience with a good hands on experience of HR operations.

Excellent communication and people skills

Prior experience in contract management, administration, or a related field

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of contracts and data

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software

Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify discrepancies

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with writers and other stakeholders

Knowledge of legal terminology and contract law is a plus

- Handle GA stock opname, reimbursement, operational driver, and office supply

- Handling related to STNK, fuel, Maintenance, and reporting to the supervisor

-Support the general affair division

- Handling ticketing and business trip

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in all major

- Able to communicate in English ( written and spoken)

Stay current with all regulatory changes and requirements around AML & KYC obligations.

Be responsible to help in the name screening of our client for any PEPs, RCAs, Adverse news hits.

Fresh Graduate or Final year students from Top-Universities in Indonesia or Overseas.
