We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Associate Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Compliance Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the integrity of our operations. This is an excellent opportunity to work with multiple entities within our organization, collaborate with a small team of talented professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and oversee the Anti-Money Laundering (AML), including customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, and suspicious activity reporting.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and filings accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform investigations and assist with internal audits to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
• Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring timely updates to compliance frameworks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory developments, proactively advising the team on potential impacts and necessary actions.
• Implement and maintain effective compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance-related matters, including Legal, Risk Management, Operations, Technology, etc.
• Support compliance-related projects and initiatives as required.

What you will need:

• Experience with internal audit processes and practices, including conducting risk assessments, designing audit plans, and performing compliance audits.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance issues to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple entities and projects simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesia's laws and regulations pertaining to the financial services industry, particularly in relation to compliance and AML.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory bodies and their requirements (OJK, BI)
• Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and experience in implementing AML programs.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in compliance within the financial services industry, preferably in fintech or banking.
• Bachelor's degree in any related majors. Preferably Law or Economics. Advanced degrees or certifications would be a plus.
• Familiarity with guidelines set forth by KBBI, the official dictionary of the Indonesian language.
