About UsRingkas is helping to democratize home ownership for Indonesia that facilitates access to financing to help home seekers become home owners. Ringkas is built by passionate founders from Google, Amazon, Dell with backgrounds in tech whom have scaled product and digital businesses worldwide. We are backed by VCs, and several prominent angel investors who have built FinTech platforms for millions of people in Indonesia and the US.
Our vision is to Democratize home ownership and make it accessible for everyone. Our mission is making homeownership simpler, faster and accessible for all. We believe homeownership should be fast, transparent, and low-cost for all. Home and Mortgage finance has operated through traditional opaque systems for years. We are redefining the homeownership process from the ground up and end-to-end. We’re using technology to make it faster, more efficient and secured, through trusted partners and people to help make a seamless customer experience.
- You will develop metrics & SLA of our operations process and maintain it at the most efficient and effective level
- You will analyze the data, find the problems, develop the improvement recommendation, and implement the improvement plan
- Improve our current process to be more efficient and sustainable
- Our operations team grow so fast, you will develop and set scalable processes
- You will be client-facing and working alongside property developer, property agent and financial institutions to train business teams
- You will work collaboratively with product and compliance teams for business process improvement and implementation
Qualifications
- Able to communicate in English and well-versed Bahasa Indonesia
- Working knowledge of medium-large operations
- Ability to multitask and execute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Having experience at least for 2 year in Operation Excellence or operations improvements and Project Management
- Strong analytical skills. Proven ability to review detailed data and produce meaningful analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes
- Bonus Points: Experience in managing large scale operation projects either in e-commerce or consulting
- Experience in coordinating projects & campaigns across teams
