About the Role
Rukita transforms spaces into affordable community-driven living solutions in urban areas. Rukita is looking for a Business Development Associate to support our Business Development Manager in obtaining new leads and maintaining relationships with Property Owners, Managers, and Caretakers. As key area of the business, this position will give you a big opportunity for growth and you will also be required to be constantly on the move. The role will report to our Head of Business Development. This position will be placed in Greater Semarang
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationship with new and existing property owners
- Research, identify, and source potential property for various Rukita product
- Arrange and conduct B2B business negotiation and legal documentation process
- Promote the Rukita co-living strategy to property owner to make better living solution in Indonesia
Requirements
- Ready for work Placement in Greater Semarang
- Experience in startup companies would be a plus
- Has a pro-active mindset and business sense
- Excellence communication and negotiation skill
- Fast paced, easy adaptable in startup environment
- 1 – 3 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, or related fields. (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
