Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the Business Development cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Expected to take ownership of the bus operators and provide them with the best in class service and support.
  • Extensive travelling might be required.
  • Network and provide constant feedback to the B2B and B2C product teams on the market requirements.
  • Handle escalations from redBus "Customer service" and also gather & share consumer insights with product / marketing teams.
  • Introduce, demonstrate and present about the redBus Platform (redBus inventory/ sales management system for the bus operator)
  • Help in executing BTL interventions on the ground.
  • Build good relationships with the bus operators and have periodic business reviews with them and create "Joint business plans" to drive growth.
  • Drive the digitization of the bus ecosystem by pitching the SAAS platform to bus operators and help them grow their business.
  • Represent the brand and liaise with Bus operators for partnership.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work closely with the PIC and the agents to drive adoption of the SAAS platform.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree 2+ years in Business Development or Sales Role.
  • Strong communication, data oriented and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Able to speak in English and local languages.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
