Responsibilities For Business Development Executive - Beauty Category
Educate GudangAda’s apps to B2B customer (wholesale & retailer beauty product)
Increase market penetration (store by store) for selected brands or pareto store
Formulate GudangAda’s Long-term offline and online Acquisition Strategy
Be the counterpart to grow GudangAda’s Wholesale and retail merchant (toko kosmetik) in particular districts; Jateng, Yogyakarta, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Manado, Bali,
Report to business manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong networking that will scale the merchant acquisition and selling process
Manage store relations and sell in and sell out of the selected brands
Branding activities in the respected city of operations
Requirements For Business Development Executive - Beauty Category
2-4 Years of sales & Merchant Acquisition experiences
An entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a complex and fast paced environment
Deep understanding, local context, and merchant networking
Target achieve oriented
Has experience in distribution of the products (specifically beauty products)
Has experience in the same market and no relocation.
Proactive and field sales experience
Understanding the General Trade Market is a must.
Have channel in retail market beauty and personal care product.
