Job Description

We are looking for resourceful, enthusiastic, and driven Business Development who are ready to spread their wings in the digital world. A Business Development plays a strategic role in growing the business at BDD. You will supply qualified leads of prospective clients by pitch our product and bring the value proposition that we can offer to them.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Boleh Dicoba Digital (BDD)'s creative business development efforts, focusing on client acquisition and growth opportunities.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and management of comprehensive business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, showcasing BDD's capabilities and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketing trends
  • Collaborate with the core creative team and other departments to develop innovative strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape in the digital marketing industry.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and account management, to deliver exceptional results
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create persuasive proposals and understand client requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the creative industry.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and articulate creative concepts, strategies, and business ideas to clients and internal teams
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in presentation software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactively identify client needs, provide strategic recommendations, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
