Business Analyst Expert Jobs

Main Responsibility:

• Lead and monitor project activities (weekly review, project progress, issues, corrective action).
• Provide improvement solutions, i.e., business process flow and system prototype/mockup application.
• Ensure change management post improvement is being implemented, i.e., new skill on the new process, new policy/system/procedure for the user.
• Evaluates, analyzes, and recommends business and operational processes for time spent, and monetary cost and advises on improvement to reduce cost and increase productivity.

Qualifications:

• Have expertise in Business Process Analysis, Data Analysis, Business Innovation Management, Business Process Design and Modelling, and Project Management.
• Minimum 10 years experience in Quality / Business Process / Project Improvement, especially in Palm Oil Business and manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any major (especially majoring in industrial engineering and informatics engineering) from a reputable university.
