Branding And Event Manager

s:

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in brand communication/trade communication/ marketing communication.
2. Preferably from agencies or Telco, Tobacco, and/or FMCG brands.
3. Excellent data analysis skills and good with numbers.
4. Excellent skills in excel or spreadsheet, mastering vlookup and pivot.
5. Have a good business acumen.
6. Have an excellent understanding on event planning and execution.
7. Ability to evaluate opportunities for branding partnerships, sponsorships, co-marketing, co-branding on a daily basis.
8. Great ability to manage networks and partnerships.
9. Excellent negotiation skills both verbal and written.

Requirements:

1. As a leader of the Branding and Event Team.
2. Managing partnership event activity.
3. Develop a branding planning that includes strategy, goals, budget, and execution plan.
4. Analysing, reviewing, and evaluating all retail-branding activities.
5. Coordinate to the internal team to achieve branding objectives.
6. Coordinate with Lion Group, Finance, and Purchasing to create goods order, pitching and ensuring project requests are delivered on-time.
7. Requesting, tracking and monitoring all branding requests.
8. Develop planning to do regular agents visits to monitor branding implementation and gathering agents feedback.
9. Weekly branding tracking; fleet branding, agent branding, courier.
10. Manage agents, couriers, and consolidators inquiries and requests related to branding/POSM.
11. Create briefs to Marketing Creative Team, event organizer, and branding vendors.
12. Support other marketing teams to provide goods production and campaign needs.
13. Third-party liaisons with partners related to assessment and monitoring.
