Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth event preparations and execution

Monitoring event proceedings and post-event outcomes

Creating event reports after the conclusion of events

Min 3 years experience in the same industry

Have strong persuasive communication and organizational skills

Serve as the lead point of contact for collaboration and external relationship (include media) matters

Managing event and collaboration between Napocut and partners

Build new business and develop partnership

Communicate with partners and clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries

Minimum 4 years of experience in brand communication/trade communication/ marketing communication.

Excellent data analysis skills and good with numbers.

Excellent skills in excel or spreadsheet, mastering vlookup and pivot.

Great ability to manage networks and partnerships.

Excellent negotiation skills both verbal and written.

Manage agents, couriers, and consolidators inquiries and requests related to branding/POSM.

Proven experience in social media management and event planning

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Position: Marketing and Events Manager

Collaborate with social media specialists and provide input to establish goals to increase brand awareness and engagement

Conduct sales/marketing for sponsorships from leading brands

Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports to the management.

Plan and organizing function from start to finish according to requirements from clients or target audience and objectives.

Must be Agile, sales mindset and target oriented and have strong negotiations skill.

Excellent communication and writing skill (English & Bahasa), computer literate and presentation skill.

Lead Marquee Confrence Center and team.

Find and develop new client for corporate events or personal function.

7-15 years of experience in marketing, branding and partnership management, preferably in a FnB industry

Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to analyse / use data to drive decision-making and improve marketing project effectiveness.

Create and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure successful execution of marketing promotion and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for growth and improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and ensure successful product launches.

Bachelors degree from communication, public relation, management or any related major (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

Research, analysis, and propose relevant KOL related with campaign goals

Responsible to negotiating and build a good relationship with KOL

Handle contract, creative brief, monitoring and analysis result of KOL performance

Research and develop strategy and identify collaboration/sponsorship opportunities from the individual, media, or corporate on FnB ecosystem

Planning, organizing, and implementing various offline/online activities (such as campaign, event, partnership and community)

Execute large event calendars and manage all event operations together with Event and Operation

Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with partners.

Strong planning skills for offline campaigns, be creative and good at brainstorming.

Planning, concepting, and overlooking all events & partnership activities

Strategize on how to maximize profitability for all events (i.e. planning promotions and marketing pushes, liaising with online activities, saving costs)

Propose sales projection against revenue for all events

Excellent organizational, time management & communication skills

Supports all aspects of day-to-day project management including internal documents associated with each account

Having experience in Partnership and Event Industry.

Have high enthusiasm and experience in beauty industry

Strong Communicator, Strong analytical thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to conduct presentations.

Ability to manage multiple projects independently
