Position: Marketing and Events Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Events Manager to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, seeking sponsorships for events or branding, creating regular events, finding tenants for KALA, creating a sales pipeline for event space rental with a MONTHLY SALES TARGET commitment, and providing weekly reports to the BOD Committee.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate the social media community by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Prepare regular event plans, including budget planning and profit from those events
• Conduct sales/marketing for event space sales
• Build good relationships with influencers both on social media and in person
• Conduct sales/marketing for sponsorships from leading brands
• Collaborate with social media specialists and provide input to establish goals to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Establish relationships with communities to regularly hold activities at Kala

Qualifications:

• Creative and innovative thinking
• D3 or Bachelor's degree or preferable in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• All-rounder and Team Play with a Can-Do Attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in social media management and event planning
• Flexible
