Our client is a health tech company helping pharma, biotech, research sites, and academic research centers streamline regulatory workflows with one system and a single source of clinical data capture.

💼 Responsibilities:

• Social Media: Post and engage on social media platforms to enhance our online presence and interact with our audience
• Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus, but not required
• Basic Graphic Design: Utilize basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe to create marketing materials
• Industry Experience: Industry-specific knowledge or experience is a bonus but not mandatory
• Material Management: Manage the shipping of booths and support materials, including collateral and promotional items (swag)
• Conference and Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company participation in conferences and events, including booth setup, logistics, and materials preparation
• On-Site Services: Coordinate on-site services such as electrical, carpeting, and materials handling for conferences and events
• Registration and Materials Submission: Handle conference registrations and ensure timely submission of materials to conference organizers
• Webinars and Podcasts: Provide support for webinars and podcasts, including logistics, promotion, and technical assistance
• Day-to-Day Marketing Activities: Assist with daily marketing tasks and activities to support the overall marketing strategy
• Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content creation, and tracking campaign performance

🧶 Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Marketing automation experience and industry knowledge are a bonus but not required
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing best practices
• Less than 3 years of experience in marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe
