Event Management Specialist Jobs

The Company attends many offline events (such as exhibitions, pop-up events) throughout the year. We need an event specialist who can assist with planning, organizing and attending our offline events.

What will I do?

Pre-event

• Look for offline event opportunities and attend them
• Work together with internal/external team to plan & prepare for each event to run smoothly

During event

• Solve problems that arises during the event
• Understand the surroundings and building area in order to answer questions.
• Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service and promote our products to them effectively
• Collect payments (using QRIS/EDC/other services) from customers.

Post event

• Assist in stock & sales reconciliation
• Make daily sales event reports.

Requirements:

• Has organized events in the past preferred.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Willingness to be flexible, work multiple locations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once
• Ability to maintain composure and smile
• Ability to represent company professionally

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand, walk for extended periods of time if needed
• Willingness to work in the elements – outdoors / indoors
• Willingness to work in the weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
