Event Management Lead Jobs

Experience in event management, particularly in a bi-lingual environment is highly desirable.

Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Undertake to pre-program planning tasks, in-train event support and end of program tasks.

Coordinate official visits to JCLEC.

Maintain effective relationships and communication with visitors to JCLEC and the extended JCLEC community.

Contribute to the overall effectiveness of JCLEC and its staff.

Strong customer service experience required.

Look for offline event opportunities and attend them

Work together with internal/external team to plan & prepare for each event to run smoothly

Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and great customer service and promote our products to them effectively

Collect payments (using QRIS/EDC/other services) from customers.

Understand the surroundings and building area in order to answer questions.

Develop event and activation activity proposals.

Arranging the schedule of events and activation.

Implement and report on event and activation activities.

Carry out and monitor exhibitions related to MODENA branding and marketing activities.

Develop work program planning and event budgets.

Organize and supervise all production activities related to the event.
