Bancassurance Trainer Specialist (Contract Based 1 Year)

AIA Indonesia currently looking for Bancassurance Trainer Specialist with summary job : Deliver training program and conduct skill-drill support for AIA distribution (BLC, PBLC, ISM)

Role & Responsibility :

1. Conduct Basic Fundamental Training for new BLC/PBLC
2. Conduct Follow Up Follow Through (FUFT)/On Boarding Program (OBP) class for new BLC
3. Monitoring and ensure BLC Trainee follow the 3 months On Boarding Program (OBP) and e-learning
4. Doing Pre-Preparation Fundamental Training, such as: 1. Coordination with Recruitment Team for Basic Fundamental participants, 2. Mapping and create Trainer Assignment for Basic Fundamental participants, 3. Coordination with other dept. to ensure readiness material, systems and digital tools for new BLC/PBLC (Ipad training, AIANext,etc)
5. Conduct Roadmap Training for BLC/PBLC
6. Doing Preparation Roadmap Training
7. Conduct Addhoc training based on issues in field.
8. Conduct and support rollout training for new launching program (product, systems, etc)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree (S1) any major
2. Having Special Skills :

• Ability to understand and analyze data
• Presentation, facilitator, and communication skills
