Job Description

Role Purpose

Facilitate & manage critical and strategic internal projects within the CWEO Directorate to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met according to expectation. • Manage CWEO Directorate business process • Perform as the PMO for the CWEO Director.


Qualification:

  • S-1 /Bachelor degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent Sound knowledge in finance, telecommunication industry, Human resources and technology fields Strong knowledge in telecommunication business

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of project management experience Minimum 7 years of Project Manager experience Minimum 3 years in Business Process experience 5 years of experience in telecommunications preferred

Skills:

  • Ability to handle several work streams in parallel
  • Leadership Capabilities, e.g. team development, motivation Project Management & Business Process skills (Tools, Methods concerning duties and responsibilities)
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment Initiative to acquire knowledge and skill to continuously improve job performance

Responsibility


1. Strategic Planning

  • Manage the team
  • Translate the Company and Group Vision, Mission and Strategy into divisional work plan
  • Manage division budget based on work-plan and control the utilization/realization of it
  • Establish divisional KPI based on organizational scorecard and cascaded down the teams
  • Provide and clarify divisional objectives for the team

In order to ensure division operates on budget and help contribute to organizational goals

2. Project Management Office of internal strategic Project

  • Advise the CWEO leadership of any deviations from the plan, recommend corrective action, and help to prepare any appropriate Recovery/ Exception Plans
  • Make any decisions needed that pertain to PMO related issues
  • Develop PMO Strategy
  • Provide the team with thought leadership, strategic thinking and quality assurance within the Project Management and Change Management aspect.

3. Business Process

  • Monitor and facilitate the evaluation and re-design the implementation of business process Facilitate the development and implementation of new or updated business process. Monitor and measure the effectiveness and efficiency key business process.
  • Establish support business process management system to ensure systematic coordination for business process development and improvement Ensure the completeness and the integration of business process design and implementation Facilitate business process design and implementation.

Facilitate the alignment of process reengineering

4. DCWEO PMO

  • Accountable for the overall assignment given by the DCWEO Assignment results delivery Stakeholder (Internal & External) management
  • Escalate necessary issues for decision making

5. Team Management

  • Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve their maximum potential Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals Provide feedback to GH to work with HR team to identify talent within B2B Transformation
  • In order to ensure talents are attracted, retained developed to meet organizational needs
