Responsibilities
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Sending the offering letter refer to ORC system and contacting potential candidate for negotiation process especially for craft resources
• Screening CV and update through the pooling record
• Update the Track Hiring record and follow up the progress Ensure the WFR has been approved to the system, updating the ORC system, HCM and SAP of manpower mobilization process
• Communication with potential talent for MCU, Agreement and clearance employee
• Ensure personal data and historical of hiring process has been updated to the ORC system ( include personal data, contract, certification record , MCU record etc
• As recruiter for support and day to day operation of each section in Human Resources Department.
