Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage sub distributors to achieve KPIs.
  • Partner with distributor team to improve sales fundamentals (distribution, availability, visibility) in all channel GT, MT & B2C.
  • Lead field sales force (SMDs & BA) to achieve productivity targets.
  • Manage business in GT & MTI Channel to achieve revenue sales and profitability target.
  • Create local promotion activities to create demand and maximize sell out from pareto stores in all channel (GT, MT & B2C).


Qualifications

  • Background Industry : FMCG, experience with beauty category is preferable.
  • Minimum 5 years and having experience to manage GT & MTI.
  • Hold bachelor degree in business/management with min.GPA 3.10
  • Good analytical skill, familiar with excel and ppt, result oriented, familiar with retail model and beauty industry
