About the Company


Founded by ex-Google, ex-McKinsey and CTO of one of the largest US based FinTech, Kiva, our client is a B2B "Buy Now Pay Later" platform for FMCG merchants working in partnership with large FMCGs. In little over a year, The company signed up partnerships with all major brands including Unilever, Nestle, Coca Cola, Danone and other large FMCGs, and has almost 250K merchants in the network in Indonesia alone.

Our client operates in Indonesia with backing from Michael Sampoerna, ADB, East Venture and other local banks, and is leading women empowerment and poverty reduction- with over 70% of our client beneficiaries are unbanked women merchants.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining sales operations to ensure customers have the best experience end-to-end.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.
  • Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company sales target.
  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Prefer someone with an extensive network within FMCGs and existing relationships with senior executives of FMCGs and with the distributor owners in order to generate and close leads.
  • Full-time bachelor degree or above, no major limitation.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Previous work experience in B2B sales is a management level is a must.
  • Must have proven track record of making sales and meeting sales KPIs.
  • Must have 3+ years business development experiences in between these industries: FMCG, banking, tech or fintech companies.
  • Prefer direct selling experience to distributors in the supply chain.
  • Must have good communication and relationships building skills.
