Responsibilities

• Help to prepare Agency’s meeting decks such as Agency Sponsor and PSIC deck, as well as the minutes of meeting
• Support ad-hoc projects
• Support the Product Design and Development process
• Support the Agency’s process in accordance with PAYDI compliance

Requirements

• Able to communicate (written and orally, both in English and Indonesia)
• Strong administratively and detail and timeline oriented Able to adapt and work in fast-paced and dynamic working style
• Having analytical skills to understand data and reports (logical thinking)
• Final year or fresh graduate from reputable university (if not final year, must have less than 12 credits/semester)
• Having knowledge in Ms. Office, SQL, Power BI (optional) and to make a design (using Power Point, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Canva)
