• Summary TD Life Fund send to Treasury team
• Maintain data NAV report received from custody in folder
• Create journal bank charges in Vestanium
• Support reconciliation on TB Vestanium
• Switching report send for internal investment ops
• Split file trial balance
• Net in/out flow data send to Eastspring
• Create and upload manual journal in Vestanium
• Check transaction vs Daily Deal Board
• Support maintain data of manual transaction listing
• Input/upload transaction to Vestanium
• Maintain data market price (bond, equity, mutual funds)
• Upload market price to Vestanium
• Prepare data transaction to be uploaded to ePAM

Job Requirement

• Committed with 6 months internship period
• Willing to do hybrid working system (3 WFO, 2 WFH)
• Good knowledge on MS Excel
• Finance/Accounting educational background
• Full time working hour (8 hours per day)
