Budget, Expense, And Tax Reporting Apprenticeship (Sharia)

Responsibilities

• Upload, transfer and adjust budget in system
• Extract General Ledger Accounting for actual expense for adhoc request by user and for reporting purposes.
• Summarize manual payment that can’t be processed by payment system, and updated to the budget listing for each department
• Follow up to user for any adhoc request related to the budget and spending
• Provide supporting data for regional request/ user’s request/ adhoc
• Review & analyze detail expense which extracted from Accounting System (Sun GL)

Requirements

• Good knowledge in accounting.
• Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
• Very good logical and analytical thinking
• Understanding of Journal entry and analysi
• Available to join for 6 months internship period.
• Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major or 1-year experience in accounting/tax department.
