4. Follow up data claim from partner to verify CAM, sales ops, finance and confirming to partner

Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major or 1-year experience in accounting/tax department.

Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Extract General Ledger Accounting for actual expense for adhoc request by user and for reporting purposes.

Review & analyze detail expense which extracted from Accounting System (Sun GL)

Summarize manual payment that can’t be processed by payment system, and updated to the budget listing for each department

Follow up to user for any adhoc request related to the budget and spending

Have at least 1 year of experience in Accounting

Have excellent communication & interpersonal skill

Minimum bachelor degree in Accounting Major from reputable university with IPK 3.00

Willing to take initiative, independent and able to collaborate with a variety of people and organization

Detail and good analytical thinking (Qualitative & Quantitave)

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management is required, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in developing spreadsheets and creating infographic reports, are essential for this role.

Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting processes.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with different departments and stakeholders.

Record and maintain all approved budgets for each department in the Budget Report worksheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

More than 3years of experience in {Project Management}, working as {Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Planner } with {Substation Business}.

Knowledge of project management techniques, processes and tools, including {Primavera P6}.

A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, or Civil Engineering or similar field.

Experience in management reporting, management presentation and budget exercise are a must

Complete all group reporting requirements on a timely manner

Between 2 - 3 years' experience in Budgeting

Experience working in media as a career starter is added advantage

Strong analytical thinker, detail-oriented and have track record to work with operation team or other department, outside of finance department

Excellent in Excel skills is a MUST

Good knowledge & skills in Ms. Office

Perform other tasks related to Finance and Budget Department

Experience a minimum 1 year in the related field

Examine the accountability report and clarifying the Accountability Report (LPJ) to the user.

Send activity accountability report notifications to users and overdue notification reports

Create temporary bill reports and unit monthly reports.

Minimum 6 years of working experience in Finance or Budget & Control area

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance

Experience as external auditor in Public Accountant Firm would be an advantage

Knowledge in IFRS is preferred

Execute procedure to capture planning and budgeting framework and communicate clearly to each PIC

Monitor and analyze the cost incurred on monthly basis

Fresh Graduate/last year student from Accounting Major or 1-year experience in accounting/tax department.

Excellence knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
