Job Description

Job desc :

1. Calculate Budget proposal & plan, compile document support (RFQ) and make a purchase request for all retail operation project

2. Submit Project Request, SOW to procurement, monitoring, add cost and inform to user

3. Follow up BAST, PO Acceptance, recap document invoice from vendor and submit invoice to finance/SSC

4. Follow up data claim from partner to verify CAM, sales ops, finance and confirming to partner

5. Monitoring and tracking invoice payment every week, inform to vendor for payment update

6. Project tracking and monitoring for all project

7. Processing refund from Dealer


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Management , Business, or equivalent experience

2. At least 1-3 years of professional working experience In relevant area

3. Good communication skills

4. Good attitude

5. Fluent in English (both oral & written)

6. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

7. Comes from Retail industry background

8. Computer literate : EXCEL ability is mandatory

9. Posess outstanding analytical and leadership skils, positive mindset, ability to work in team and individually, effective communication and high standards of professionalism and result oriented

10. Attention to detail & trustworthy with pleasant personality
