:

  • Business Plan Process and Business Plan Packages (Expenses, Financial Statements, RBC, Taxation, etc.)

- Manage and coordinate for Business Plan Process in term of progress monitoring and timeliness schedule.

- Ensure that Business Plan Packages are presented in accordance with Management request (Presentation).

- Ensure that Business Plan Packages are prepared properly and accurate.

Ensure that Business Plan Packages are provided the necessary working paper and analysis (Completeness).

  • Manage and review Reporting

- Monthly Management Report /MMR, Sales/ SPC Report,

- Monthly Analysis Report by DC

- Monthly Sales Operating (MOS)

- Agency, Weekly Budget Expense Realization Monitoring,

- Monthly Expense Report by Dept. (Budget vs Actual),

- Monthly Budget versus Actual Expense Commentary, Daily Budget Controls, and Others).

- Other Management request

  • Oversees & supervise Budget area, do review and develop under his/ her subordinates to ensure all the reports & process are in accordance with the measurements.
  • Projects and initiative, such as set up New Reports, Management request, etc


Requirements:

  • Project management skills with the ability to lead in a fast-paced team environment within given deadlines.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
  • With experience 2-3 years in leading team.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in related area (Budgeting & Reporting area)
