Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee market research projects, including designing research methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, and generating actionable insights.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive market research strategies aligned with clients' objectives and business goals.
3. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in large datasets, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
4. Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis and industry best practices, supporting clients in making informed decisions.
5. Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work and fostering their professional growth.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, or a related discipline).
2. Proven experience of at least 2 years in market research or a related field, demonstrating a deep understanding of research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets and translate them into actionable recommendations.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present findings and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
5. Proficiency in using advanced analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, Python, or similar) to analyze and visualize data.
6. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
