About Opportunity

We are looking for a new personal assistant to support our Head of User Acquisition. You will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, keeping track of appointments, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To be successful in this role you would need to have a good command of English and well as possess skills such as punctuality and organization skills.

Activities:

• Handling basic data entry tasks.
• Filing and retrieving documents, and reports.
• Assist in preparing for meetings and interviews.
• Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
• Preparing reports, and other documents.
• Keeping track of required tasks with deadlines and making reminders
• Engage in Talent Acquisition on Linkedin

Requirements:

• Good command of English – both spoken and written.
• Be located in any Asian country
