Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships for key accounts, leveraging contacts to generate new business based on business strategies
  • Engage with customers at all levels to achieve sales goals through product, service, and key account relationships
  • Oversee the winning strategy and handle all aspects of the bidding project
  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and after-sales teams to guarantee exceptional end-to-end service
  • Obtain precise and relevant customer information to facilitate efficient project execution and timely completion
  • Comprehend customer needs and deliver tailored services accordingly



Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Capable of managing multiple accounts concurrently
  • Experience with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) as customer is a plus
  • Prior experience working in a multinational corporation is desirable
  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering, IT, or a related field (or higher)
  • 3+ years of experience managing key customer accounts, specifically within the telecommunications sector
