We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Staff WPB Banking Operations.
Responsibilities:

• End day checking to ensure all requests are processed in timely manner.
• Ensure to perform daily maintenance align with SOP, Guidelines and request.
• Ensure all requests are processed within SLA and COT.
• Processing day to day Banking operational tasks including for retail banking, RBB and Time deposit.
• Working In a Team and able to be independent if required.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Meticulous in reading request and documents.
• Able to create and maintain good relationships with (internal) customers.
• Good writing and communication skills in English.
• Good team work and able to work individually.
• Additional ability for MS Access and familiar with Macros Script will be benefit.
• Familiar with Banking and RBB product and process.
• Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
