As a Commercial Channel Leader you’ll be responsible for leading one of high potential channel in Market Indonesia, and unlock potential growth of the Professional market segment.

What You’ll Do

• Delivers targets (Sales, Profitability, Productivity)
• Delivers on operational targets and initiatives, including manages sales & marketing teams to deliver targets set
• Hires, coaches, and motivates key talents and provides direction
• Execute Strategy in the context of local market trends and opportunities
• Designs optimal Go-To-Market structure to maximize sales and channel efficiency

Your Qualifications

• Having 3-5 years of similar experience as Commercial Channel Leader / General Management role in Sales & Marketing will be highly preferred
• Familiar with multinational company way of working
• Well proven understanding of B2B & B2G business model, including LKPP bidding process
