Minimum 0-1 years of experience in Customer Operations or related positions

Experience in responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.

Processing customer request, clarifying information, and resolving every problem, to provide alternative solutions related.

Documenting all interactions with customers in the Call Center Database (CRM), for further use if needed.

Min. 2 years of working experience in related field (experiencing in WFM such as forecasting and Scheduling would be an advantage)

Create schedule (for L1 & L2 CS) and monitor changes to schedule, in order to ensure adequate daily resource coverage

Forecast manpower planning within the CS Team (based on forecast projection from BI), in order to ensure adequate daily resource coverage

Create, compile, and report, all KPI/CSAT/best performance, and scorecard achievements in Operations from Sales Force

Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major

Good with numbers and data interpretation

Willing to work remotely/office during weekends.

Has experience in banking or accounting on a previous job is a plus

Processing day to day Banking operational tasks including for retail banking, RBB and Time deposit.

Ensure all requests are processed within SLA and COT.

Ensure to perform daily maintenance align with SOP, Guidelines and request.

End day checking to ensure all requests are processed in timely manner.

Previous Working experience in related field 1 - 3 years.

Experienced in multi-tasking with great attention to detail

Monitoring both business and consumer transactions

Ensuring the agreed SLA is met

Onboarding merchants to the proposed and selected products

Coordinating with every stakeholder for transactional update
