Sales Manager – Mandarin Speaking Jobs

A minimum of one year’s experience in the Shared Ownership selling profession, and/or two years’ experience in the direct selling profession,

Effectively deliver required revenue targets,

Present the AVC Presentation consistently and accurately,

Maintain current presentations information and materials,

Have excellent organisational skills, time management skills and problem-solving skills.

Assist with day to day management/ support of the ratings workflow operating processes.

Promote an overall understanding of compliance requirements; and related policies and procedures.

The ability to communicate with senior managers, analytical staff, and technical support – both verbally and in written correspondence

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within a cohesive team environment.

Key Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

Excellent English skills is a mandatory

Property and Real Estate experience would be an advantage

Skills required for the role:

Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections

Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels

Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships

Fluent in Mandarin (can communicate with foreign team in written and spoken as working language), and experienced in translation tasks;

Excellent communication skills, data analysis, and cross-regional collaboration skills;

Follow up on market hotspots and competitor strategies, and produce competitor analysis reports.

Strong sense of responsibility and self-driven initiative.

Gaji pokok awal (6 bulan percobaan): IDR 8,000,000.

Setelah enam bulan bekerja, penyesuaian gaji sesuai evaluasi perusahaan.

Penyesuaian gaji dimulai dari angka minimum IDR 20,000,000 - 40,000,000 (termasuk insentif penjualan).

Tiket pesawat disediakan setiap tiga bulan (Bisa di-cairkan bila tidak digunakan).

Makanan tiga kali sehari disediakan.

Tunjangan pendidikan, tunjangan area terpencil (dinas), dan tunjangan pulsa.

Candidates with relevant Data center certifications (etc. CDCP, CDCS) will have an added advantage

Assists the leadership team in preparing short- and long-range plans, priorities, objectives and the annual budget.

Build and Define, Plan and Execute sales Strategy & Action for a given geographic or market segment.

Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales

Prepare costing, quotations to customers

To coordinate with the technical team on fulfillment of sales contract secured

Technical education background, most preferably Engineering

Technical sales experience targeting the Industrial sector such as rotating equipment, hydraulics, machinery, etc

Meet sales target through constant sales activities, including calls, visits, and market intelligence

Maintain relationship with existing accounts and develop business prospect with new accounts (focused on Chinese players in the market)

Execute sales strategy and work hand in hand with distributors to sell products to key and prospective customers

Negotiate and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success

Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members

Handle customer inquiries and issues

Able to Speak Mandarin is a must

Provide administrative support to senior management and executives, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing calendars

Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, scanning, and data entry

Manage and coordinate the purchasing of materials, supplies, and equipment for the organization

Assist in managing and coordinating project activities and timelines

Maintain project documentation and ensure proper storage and version control

Communicate project progress and status to relevant stakeholders

Experienced in selling would be preferred.

Starting Salary (6 months probation): IDR 8,000,000 monthly gross

Conduct full recruitment process; from sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, reference checking to offering.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Coordinate with business units to planning the hiring needs.

Participate in job fairs or recruitment events to find potential candidates.

Support to prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels.

Conduct daily, weekly, monthly recruitment report and ensure accuracy of all data to support team

Minimum 13 years of working experience

Passionate and knowledgeable in capital market

International experience and exposure an advantage.
