Excellent English skills is a mandatory

Property and Real Estate experience would be an advantage

Skills required for the role:

Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections

Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels

Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships

Gaji pokok awal (6 bulan percobaan): IDR 8,000,000.

Setelah enam bulan bekerja, penyesuaian gaji sesuai evaluasi perusahaan.

Penyesuaian gaji dimulai dari angka minimum IDR 20,000,000 - 40,000,000 (termasuk insentif penjualan).

Tiket pesawat disediakan setiap tiga bulan (Bisa di-cairkan bila tidak digunakan).

Makanan tiga kali sehari disediakan.

Tunjangan pendidikan, tunjangan area terpencil (dinas), dan tunjangan pulsa.

Experienced in selling would be preferred.

Starting Salary (6 months probation): IDR 8,000,000 monthly gross

After 6 months working, salary adjustment will be based on company evaluation and sales performances

Salary adjustment can be lifted up to IDR 40,000,000+ monthly gross

Airplane tickets will be provided every three months (claimable - cash, if the candidate not willing to take leave)

Housing facility will be provided both of Jakarta and Balikpapan placements

Proven track of achieving targets, has strong organizational and time management skills.

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Diploma in Hotel Management, Business Management, Public Relations, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in a large luxury resort

Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking

Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
