This placement required candidate to work at Jakarta or Balikpapan (East Kalimantan).

s:

  • Educate customers about our product range, including the advantages and applications of our different cement types. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, contractors, and architects.
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and to help in developing promotional materials, resolving customer issues, and gathering feedback.
  • Handle customer orders in a professional manner, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to address any issues or concerns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in the assigned region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking and securing new ones.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans in line with company objectives. Monitor progress towards sales targets for the region, and take necessary actions to ensure achievement of set goals.



Requirements:

  • Male preferred
  • Experienced in selling would be preferred.
  • This placement required candidate to work at Jakarta or Balikpapan (East Kalimantan).
  • Willing to do business trip within country or overseas.
  • High School (SMA) or above. (Diploma and Bachelor is preferred).
  • Able to communicate in Chinese or Mandarin (At least can do speaking).
  • Willing to do field sales, and still in good health.
  • No limitation in age.
  • Willing to do roster time schedule with details below.

Working schedule:

  • Roster Schedule with 9 days off after working 3 months (one day off each month)
  • 8 working hours a day
