3. Work closely with Sales, Channel, Product, and Marketing Team from Principle and Distributor.

4. Work closely with AGIT Delivery to monitor progress and ensure success during implementation.

5. Conduct pre-sales activity (Technical Presentation, POC, etc.) supporting AGIT Business Consultant.

6. Ensure proper project costing

Proven experience working across multiple verticals, such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, etc.

15-20 years of professional experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer pain points and propose innovative solutions.

Experience with CRM systems, proposal development tools, and sales enablement platforms.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of customer requirements and industry trends to develop tailored and innovative solutions.

Proven experience working across multiple verticals, such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, retail, etc.

15-20 years of professional experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.

Experience in the Fulfillment industry is an advantage

Responsible for planning projects, monitoring progress and ensuring proper implementation

Research the most updated technology and solutions for reference and benchmarking while designing solutions

Be responsible to brief designed solutions to technology development team

Undergraduate degree or master’s degree in Information Technology related major

Ability to design software/application architecture and topology with several common drawing techniques using draw.io or other tools.

Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project

Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations

Explained technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from engineering level to senior executive

Customer requirement query to determine technical solution and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to creating a solution

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering

Min 3 years experience as presales in ICT industry or Telecommunication company

Good communication and presentation skill

Having CCNA, PMP certification is preferable
